Each piece is customized specifically for you. Returns are not applicable, except under the following conditions:

• If there is a sizing error made by 10December, we will provide alterations free of charge for the first time.
• If the sizing issue is due to the client, a 100 AED alteration fee will apply, and the client is responsible for shipping costs.

Returns are only accepted within one week of receiving the item. Items must be returned unused and in their original condition.

Payment refunds are not available.

If you choose not to proceed with an exchange or alteration, the balance will be credited to your account for future purchases.

Returns that do not comply with our policy will not be accepted.

Sale items are final and cannot be exchanged or refunded.
